Today I'll be sharing with you the old collections that are leaving tonight, plus our new ones that they are replacing! I'm super excited about these new collections and feel they really took their time in creating something for everyone! 

Makeup Collections can be tricky! It either has everything you want, one thing you want, or nothing you want! At least that is how I feel when I'm looking. Party, Party, Party!!

Who loves free stuff? Everybody right??

Who loves free makeup?? All ladies right??

Great, because that is just what I wanted to talk to you all about today!

Here at Younique, we love to throw people parties but not just any party..makeup parties! You can call them whatever you like Beauty Bash, Makeup Class, or a Virtual Party online. The name doesn't matter what does matter is getting people to the party! Just like with any gathering you need the people there to make it a success. Right? I've never been to a one only party and I'm sure it could be fun but it would be way more fun with friends and people there you liked to hang with. 

So one of the things we Younique girls like to do is offer people an opportunity to host an online party. Parties are anywhere from 3-10 days long. You pick the product you are most interested in such as the Fiber 3D Mascara or our Stiff Upper Lip Stains, and then how long you'd like your party to last. Most successful parties are the 10-day parties. It gives your guests more of an opportunity to have time set aside to attend the event. 

The I go to work, setting up the Facebook group page or event page. Once the page is setup and you feel comfortable with the look of it. I'll give you an invite, in which you then ask and invite your friends and family that want to attend. Once everyone is invited and have said yes. Then the party posts can start going up. 

Things I do:

I will post three posts per day for all parties.

I will post a welcome and thank you video(s) for the beginning and end of the party. 

I will answer all questions and make a color match if needed. 

Thing I need you to do:

Post a welcome post in the group for your friends and family. Thanking them for attending the party and how excited you are! 

Post a selfie of you using the product if you have the product on hand. 

Comment and like on posts that I post in the group. Your guests want to see you excited about the product. If you aren't liking it, they won't either!! 

So, I guess it's not completely free, you do need to be involved in the party and help hype it up a little bit! Nothing in life is free I guess guys!! 

If all goes successfully, AND they end up making a few purchases from your party link? THEN you will EARN free makeup and half priced item discounts.

 Well, we did it again!! This month's Kudos is a seller and she is back ordered!! What does that mean? Can I still get mine? Yes, you can and not to rush you but I'd go do it now!! So here is what you need to know about back ordered items and when you can expect them to be shipped out!!

• Items you order in addition to the back ordered item will not be held back, and will ship out as normal.
• The back ordered items in any order will automatically ship out as soon as Younique receives the items.
• You will be notified via email once your back ordered items have shipped. You will not need to contact customer support, or do anything to follow up on the back ordered item. Tracking numbers for shipments can be found on both your order history page and the order receipt. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours after an order has been upgraded to "shipped" status for its tracking number to appear.
